Most classes are in the 30-45 minute time range, choosing which class fits your needs best. The beginner 45 minute session is a great option for first time visitors at Motivate, or those who are still new to fitness lifestyles. Want something more concentrated? You can take the 45 minute Mega Focus Class offered at Motivate. Each class will focus on a different section, such as arms or core.
